Role Overview:

Seeking a Social Media Marketing Specialist with 3+ years of B2B experience to manage the end-to-end social media across key platforms. Responsible for executing data-driven strategies, creating engaging content, and optimizing paid campaigns to drive brand awareness and lead generation. Requires strong expertise in LinkedIn marketing, analytics, and a performance-driven approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage end-to-end social media presence for the organization and client accounts across platforms like LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Facebook, and Instagram.
  • Plan and execute data-driven social media strategies aligned with business and revenue goals.
  • Develop and maintain a content calendar, leveraging trending topics, audience insights, and campaign objectives.
  • Create high-quality, engaging content (posts, carousels, short videos) in collaboration with design and content teams.
  • Run and optimize paid social campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads) to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Actively engage on platforms like Quora, Reddit, and niche communities to build brand authority and drive organic conversations.
  • Collaborate with SEO and content teams to ensure alignment with organic growth strategies.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in AI-driven marketing, social algorithms, and content formats.
  • Social Media & Analytics: LinkedIn Analytics, Meta Business Suite, X Analytics.
  • Marketing Tools: HubSpot / Zoho CRM (or similar CRM tools).
  • Content & Design: Canva, Adobe Suite (basic understanding).
  • AI Tools: ChatGPT, Gemini, Jasper, Copy.ai (for content ideation & optimization).

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of hands-on experience in B2B social media marketing.
  • Strong expertise in LinkedIn marketing and paid campaigns is a must.
  • Proven ability to identify target audiences and create personalized, high-impact content.
  • Strong understanding of social media metrics, analytics, and performance optimization.
  • Experience managing multiple campaigns/projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and stakeholder handling skills.
  • High attention to detail with a data-driven and analytical mindset.

Good to Have:

  • Certifications in Digital Marketing / Social Media (Google, HubSpot, Meta, etc.).
  • Exposure to marketing automation and AI-driven campaign optimization.
  • Experience in B2B lead generation and funnel optimization.
