Project Management & process involved! 01.
Our technical team listens to our clients to get an indepth knowledge about the actual requirements and develops a comprehensive technical document called the SRS (Software Requirement Specifications).

Once the SRS has been developed we get that confirmed by our clients and based on that we develop the BUC (Business Use Case) and Databse Design documents to comply with the requirements.

Once the SRS, BUC and the Database Documents are signed and approved by the client we deliver the same to the Project Manager heading the project and the development team initiates the development.
