Web Application Interface (GUI) Designing

At Sun Dew Solutions (SDS) we understand the requirement of good looking GUI and great useability features, as these two things can change the whole user experience towards using a system. An user shall enjoy working with a system and sgould love the navigation of the system as well, then that is called developer satisfaction. Keeping these two things in mind we at SDS work on the designing aspect qith equal importance as we do the same for the programming part of it.

Concept Design - The first step is to visualize the requirement

We work on the initial idea provided by the client as a concept of his visualization on the entire project as how he wants to see his application should look like, Our team at SDS takes the basic idea and we work on the same inventing new ways of data representation with more userfriendly UI concepts, which include diifferent levels of graphics, interaction design and animations. We also use different methods depending on the project such as metaphors, storyboards etc and we give special efforts on Useability for better Interaction Design.

All concepts that contain any sort of interaction also require interactive design and elements to ensure a smmoth user experience. Tthis evolves new navigation paradigms, usability aspects and making sure the solution is consistent and fit into its context. We create UI-flows, wireframes and guidelines which explain why and how functions and information are sorted and presented in a certain way and then deploy the same into the actual project, with guidelines and take a tour feature so that a user can quickly adapt to the functioning of the system.

Graphical Design - Thinking and deciding on the graphic elements

We can create a complete new style or base our designs on existing brand guidelines and take it to the next generation and level. We deliver mood boards, sketches, high quality illustrations as well as design screens and graphical components such as icons. Either we do all graphical production work or make template graphics and guidelines which gives the customer an easy-to-follow visual foundation for the implement ion.

Prototype Design - Getting the mock up ready to see how it comes up

With prototypes we mean applications running smoothly on device with the look and feel of a real product. The prototype is built by experienced UI designer which is gives better understanding of the system to client as well as programmers for fast, flexible and reliable final output.

The prototype has no real connections and use dummy data. It is optimal for trying different concepts and applications live on device and excellent for user testing! The code of the prototype can be used when implementing into a real product which improves the time to market.
